Our office recently switched from an old Lucent/Avaya system to a new Digium VoIP system, which included over 100 handsets and four branch locations. The PhoneGuys were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Jack knows the meaning of giving good customer service. He came to our office personally multiple times. He is extremely down to earth and worked with us to implement a solution that is a good fit for our business.  Stu is extremely knowledgeable about VoIP systems and worked with our staff to provide handset and switchboard training. Even though our system is now up and running, we continue to reach out to them for questions and we always receive a timely response. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful.

I run a program to help homeless women’s and children. The phone guys installed a new phone and camera system in our building. I knew it would have been a pain in the butt because we have an older building, but they made it work and we are so happy with the whole process from initial giving us and estimate to finally having everything installed and up an running! I am so very happy with the work that they did as well as the employees along the way 🙂 George was head of installation at our place and was so professional and so informative. I highly recommend this Company and I’ll be using them again. I know the other reviews say something different but I know the company was taken over by jack 714-843-9999 , and my experience and been nothing but amazing. Worth the call 🙂

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you and all of your staff who sold, installed and supported our excellent Nortel phone system for our small business.  Kyle made us a great deal and selected the perfect equipment for our store. It does its job flawlessly and is upgradable as we grow.  Bill did a terrific job installing and teaching Stu has been solid on tech support which is rarely necessary.

He came out and was professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He secured our phone system and we have recently called him back for another service call.
