Order Cancellation & Return Policy


PhoneGuys policy is that all sales are final upon shipment to the customer.  Any equipment that is defective and within the stated warranty period on the invoice will be repaired or replaced in accordance with PhoneGuys warranty policy. 

Cancellation: Once an order is shipped to the customer, it cannot be cancelled.  All sales are final, and there are no cash refunds.  PhoneGuys may, at their discretion, authorize returns for credit toward future purchases or exchange only.  In the event that PhoneGuys agrees to a return of working merchandise, certain charges may be applied to the credit that include restocking fees of 25% and the shipping fees for both the original shipment and the return shipment must be paid by the customer. 

Return Policy: Prior to returning any merchandise the customer should call PhoneGuys to arrange for issuance of an RMA or Credit Memo.  A copy of the Credit Memo or RMA should be returned along with the equipment.  Equipment should be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground service (unless otherwise directed by PhoneGuys) at customer expense.  Please keep copies of shipping documents including tracking numbers.  Please call (714) 843-9999 to obtain return authorization (RMA) before shipping any equipment.
